This proposed bill will mean each American can only purchase 100 total center-fire or rim-fire ammunition rounds at a time, per month. The only exception is up to 500 rounds when at a government certified range.

The only way to purchase ammo will be with your Ammo card. This card is connected with the NSA, CIA and FBI central computers and if there is any descrepency the card will become nulled.

Because criminals don’t abide by laws this system is centered around a series of crypto keys that are impossible to reproduce and change every 30 seconds. What this means is a wholesaler cannot sell ammunition to a retailer unless the two keys match.

Once the match is made then the retailer has the ammunition securely delivered in an armored truck to the retailers ammunition vault. Once delivered the ammunition must be counted and match the reduction count based on sales of each ammunition at the close of business each day.

The ammunition that is distributed will have a serial number scribed on an aluminum core inside each bullet for seller identification. Any crime that occurs will hold the seller and customer liable for damages caused by the discharge of their ammunition if neither party reported a theft of their ammunition.

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer co-wrote this bill with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and will introduce it just in time for the 2019 hunting season.
