Fox News, a self-described fair and balanced news organization, has a decent number of Muslims working for them. One of them, Hufsa Kamal Khan, has had Judge Jeanine Pirro removed for her comments against Ilhan Omar’s anti-semitic remarks.
Judge Pirro sent a statement regarding the Islamophobic attack saying:
“I’ve seen a lot about my opening statement from Saturday night’s show and I did call Representative Omar un-American. My intention was to ask a question and start a debate. of course because one is Muslim means you don’t support the Constitution.”Judge Jeanine Pirro, Fox News Statement
Ms. Khan’s twitter is no longer public, but her reaction to Judge Pirro’s statement reads as follows:
@JudgeJeanine can you stop spreading this false narrative that somehow Muslims hate America or women who wear— Hufsa Kamal (@hufkat) March 10, 2019
a hijabaren’t American enough? You have Muslims working at the same network you do, including myself. K thx. https://t.co/ZfKhRhlvM3
Racism, Islamophobia, and xenophobia are generally considered a product of Liberal ideals, certainly not a conservative position. It’s been said many times that the Fox News organization may have been flipped from patriotic to evil by several reputable sources, including qanon, Breitbart News and the Daily Mail.
President Donald Trump has said many times that he loves Judge Jeanine and wants to see her back on the air ASAP. We’re certain the POTUS doesn’t’ agree with the Judge’s Islamophobic remarks since that wasn’t the premise of her statement. It was more about Representative Omar’s continuous rebuke of Israel.
Judge Jeanine did not, and likely will not, apologize for her remarks.
